Roller Hockey
My favorite games is roller hockey, which I play since I was six years old. In the first year, I was a skater, but then I started playing as a goalkeeper, and I liked this position better.
My first team was Atlético Clube Tojal, then I went to Grupo Desportivo e Recreativo "Os Lobinhos" and now I play in FC alverca.
I prefer roller hockey instead of other sports, because it's more fun, and since I saw my cousin play it and she taught me roller-skating, I wanted to learn roller hockey.

Water and Life
Just remember that there is no life without water. It participates and is essential for all metabolic vital body processes. To take away energy from the food we eat and thus keep us alive, you need water.
In the summer, because of the increase in temperature, it is important to have greater care with hydration of the body, because the loss of water through the body becomes larger. With good nutrition and regular fluid intake, dehydration, so common this time of year can be avoided.
The body of an adult, under normal conditions, loses on average 2.5 liters per day, considering the losses in sweat, urine, feces and perspiration (water loss, in the form of vapor through the skin and lungs that are not perceived). Therefore, it is necessary to daily replaceof 2.5 liters of water, considering all the neat water consumed or in the form of food, being both liquid and solid.
Thus, all foods, whether they are in liquid or solid form, contribute in some way to provide water to the body. In general, it is considered that approximately 1 liter of water is supplied to the body by feeding in general, adding to the already water generated from metabolic processes necessary for its own use of food. With this, we have a daily requirement of approximately 1 and a half liters of water per day, which should be provided in addition to the body of food can be eaten alone or in the form of juices, teas, broths, soups, etc..
And for those who want to get too much sun during the summer, do not forget: lots of water and good food. Reduce the maximum consumption of fats, fried foods and fatty meats, salads abuse, consume plenty of fruits, but do not forget some important sources of protein and minerals, such as meat, milk, cheese, beans, which should always be present even that in smaller quantities. Give preference to low-fat foods and prepare meals with a little oil and spices without going beyond us.
